MRSC will make every effort to respond to you in a timely manner. We do receive a high volume of requests. You can help us satisfy your needs by planning ahead, giving staff sufficient time to prepare a quality response. In your request, please let us know what your timing needs are.

*MRSC is a private non-profit research and information service for Washington State local government officials and employees. We are only able to provide services to Washington cities, towns, counties and special districts. If you are not a local government employee/official, we suggest you contact your local public library or law library for information or research direction.
